Torek Integrations
Updated
Torek connects to the systems a company already uses: mileage arrives automatically every night from Mapon and LocTracker, fuel fills come from Circle K, Neste, Viada and Orlen statements, and fuel and parts write-offs and supplier invoices go to Rivilė as its own import files.
No hardware to install. The GPS connection is set up in Torek's settings with the provider's API key, and fuel statements and accounting files move as ordinary file imports.
A GPS system knows how far a vehicle has driven, and that is exactly what maintenance planning needs: oil, filters and inspections are due by mileage. Torek reads the mileage straight from the GPS provider, so drivers and managers never retype it.
Without GPS: mileage comes from trip logs; the final daily reading a manager approves becomes the odometer value. Equipment without an odometer is planned by engine hours or dates.
A preview is shown before saving, so a wrong file never reaches the books. Uploaded fills go straight into fuel tracking: actual use is compared with the norm, suspicious fills go to a review queue, and a fuel write-off document is produced at month end.
Torek keeps no general ledger or VAT records; those stay in the accounting software. What Torek sends there is what an accountant used to collect from paper and spreadsheets: fuel write-offs, parts written off to repairs from the parts store, and supplier invoices for outside repairs and parts.
Pilot: the Rivilė files follow Rivilė’s import formats, and we are checking with the first customers how they load into their Rivilė. The universal XLSX or CSV file works with any program today.
More integrations are coming: connections for other GPS providers are already in preparation. If you use a different GPS or accounting program, write to info@torek.eu. We connect first what customers ask for.
Mapon and LocTracker. The administrator enters the provider's API key in Torek's settings, and mileage is synced every night. Connections for other GPS providers are in preparation.
No. If the company already uses Mapon or LocTracker, Torek reads mileage from there. Without GPS, mileage comes from the trip logs drivers fill in on their phones and from repair records.
By registration plate or VIN. Torek suggests the pairs, and a user reviews and confirms them. Nothing is written until the match is confirmed, and ambiguous cases are not suggested at all.
Column templates are ready for Circle K, Neste, Viada and Orlen statements. If the columns differ, or the file comes from another provider or from you, you map which column holds what. A preview is shown before anything is saved.
As a pilot, fuel write-offs, parts write-offs and supplier invoices export as Rivilė import files (Rivilė GAMA EIP XML and Rivilė ERP XLSX). For other accounting software the same documents export as a universal XLSX or CSV file. Direct connections to other accounting programs are not available yet.
We will show how your GPS, fuel cards and accounting link up with maintenance.
