Torek About Torek
Updated
Torek is a maintenance and repair management system (CMMS) built in Lithuania for companies that look after their own equipment: tractor units and trailers, construction and road machinery, agricultural machines and company cars. The interface runs in Lithuanian and English, and the data is stored in the European Union.
The category Torek belongs to is CMMS — the same one as Fleetio, MaintainX, Limble and UpKeep. Fullbay, often listed next to them, is shop-management software for heavy-duty repair shops that service customers’ trucks; Torek serves fleet owners who maintain their own equipment. It is not GPS tracking and not accounting software: what it manages is defects, work orders, preventive maintenance, parts and the service history of each machine. A workshop that also repairs other companies’ vehicles can switch on an optional workshop module that issues invoices and credit notes to those customers — the core of Torek is still the upkeep of your own equipment.
In most fleets the information already exists — it is just scattered. The fault is in a message, the repair invoice in a folder, the oil change date in a mechanic’s head, the mileage on a trip log. With a handful of machines that works. Past a dozen or so, nobody can answer two simple questions: what does this unit cost to keep, and why is the same fault back for the third time.
Torek puts those records into one chain, from the defect to the finished job, and leaves the history with the company rather than with one person. The full module overview lives on the features page.

The simplest route is an email to info@torek.eu; we reply on business days, usually within one. If you would rather see the system with your own machines, a walkthrough needs nothing more than your asset list and a couple of recent faults — details on the contact page. Common questions about rollout, data and pricing are collected in the FAQ.
Torek is built in Lithuania, and the data is stored in the European Union. The mobile app works offline; maintenance, fuel and trip logs live in one system; and modules are enabled per company, so each company gets only the modules it uses.
Questions, suggestions and support go to info@torek.eu. We answer on business days.
Feature lists across mature systems look much alike. What differs is language, terminology and how the system handles the realities of a European mixed fleet: engine hours, trip logs, fuel norms and machinery from six different manufacturers.
There is a separate page comparing Torek with Fleetio, MaintainX, Limble and UpKeep.
No. Torek is a CMMS — repairs, maintenance and defects. Location and route tracking belongs to telematics, and in most fleets the two are used side by side rather than one instead of the other.
Yes. Reports and lists export to CSV, XLSX or PDF and can be used outside the system — in accounting, in a spreadsheet or in another system.
We process personal data under the GDPR: every customer signs a data processing agreement (DPA) in which Torek acts as the processor. Data is stored in the European Union, each company's data is isolated at the database level, every action is recorded in an audit log, and role-based permissions and regular backups are in place. Details are in the privacy policy.
