Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms of service govern your use of the Torek fleet management platform (torek.eu), provided by Torek ("we", "us").

By registering on the platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

Torek provides a fleet management and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) platform as a service (SaaS). The platform includes: vehicle management, maintenance planning, work order management, inventory management, report generation.

3. Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

Prohibited: sharing login credentials, attempting to access other organizations' data, using the platform for unlawful purposes, automated data collection without our permission.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments are processed through a certified external payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period (monthly or yearly).

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the platform settings. After cancellation, the service remains active until the end of the paid period.

The free plan (Starter) has no time limit and does not require a credit card.

5. Data Ownership

All data you upload to the platform belongs to you. Torek has no right to use your data for any purpose other than providing the service.

You can export your data at any time using the platform's export function.

After contract termination, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Torek platform is provided "as is". We make every effort to ensure service quality and security, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Torek's liability shall in no event exceed the amount you paid during the last 12 months.

Torek is not liable for losses caused by force majeure or third-party service disruptions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Torek platform, its design, code, and trademark are owned by Torek. Copying, modifying, or distributing the platform or its parts without written permission is prohibited.

8. Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time by cancelling your subscription. We may terminate this agreement if you breach these terms, with at least 14 days prior notice.

Upon termination, you have the right to export your data within 30 days.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes shall be resolved in the Vilnius City District Court.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
