A demo built around your process

The most useful first conversation is not about a feature list. It is about one real fault of yours — from how you find out about it today to where the record ends up once the job is done. Thirty minutes is usually enough to tell whether the system fits the way you already work.

Worth having to hand beforehand: the number of machines, the number of mechanics, and a couple of recent faults as examples.

How Torek differs from systems that sound similar

Torek manages the upkeep of your own fleet — where there is no customer invoice, only a cost centre and the price of downtime. That sets it apart from repair-shop software, which revolves around a customer’s vehicle and the bill for it, and from telematics, which tracks location rather than repair work. A workshop that also repairs customers’ vehicles can invoice them with an optional workshop module.

About the name: Torek is unrelated to the Slovenian word “torek” (Tuesday). You will find us at torek.eu, email info@torek.eu.

Frequently asked questions

How quickly do you reply?

We answer email on business days, usually within one. Demo times are arranged around your workshop schedule — early morning or after a shift is often easier than the middle of the day.

What do you show in a demo?

Not a generic presentation but your own process: how one of your machines would look in the system, how an operator would log a defect from a phone, and how that defect would turn into a work order for a mechanic.

It helps to have a few real examples to hand — your asset list and a couple of recent faults.

Can we try it without talking to anyone?

Yes. The free trial can be started straight away, with no sales call. A walkthrough is more useful when the fleet is mixed, or when a process has to be moved off spreadsheets.

Where is the data stored?

All data is stored in the European Union. Each company's data is isolated at the database level, and every action is recorded in an audit log.

We process personal data under the GDPR: every customer signs a data processing agreement (DPA).

If you would rather start right away, request a free trial. If you want to see one area first, look at fleet maintenance or the full feature overview.
